The Artist treatment
This treatment is for the Artist. The sculptor, painter, singer, musician, dancer, actor, writer..
I offer you an hour to tune into what you need; energy (reiki), physical bodywork, somatic practice for you to take away to use each day or a combination of it all.
Being an artist myself, I am thrilled to be able to offer this treatment to other artists.

Vocal Manual therapy
Vocal Massage Therapy, or manual therapy is designed for anyone who has a voice, particularly singers, actors and performers. This specialist massage therapy can help with:
- Jaw and tongue root tension, pain, clicking, headaches
- Improving vocal delivery
- Swallowing disorders
- Muscle Tension Dysphonia
- Globus, a lump in the throat sensation

30 minute follow up = £55
Rehabilitation treatment
In this session I would consider using Myofascial Release Therapy (MFR), Sports Massage Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Reiki, Somatic Movement and stretches.
MFR focuses on releasing the fascia in the body from causing muscles to tighten and cause pain or misalignment throughout the body. Fascia runs throughout the body and is integral for bodily function and movement. MFR therapy encourages a 'release' effect and if effective enables the body to live with ease and optimal potential freedom of movement.
This form of therapy uses no oil. I use stretches and physical techniques, not equipment.
Sports and Deep tissue massage therapy focus on the muscles and movement in the body.

Reiki
Reiki is non invasive, safe, holistic and natural healing. It derives from Japan, from Mikao Usui. 'Universal life force energy' can help with physical, mental and emotional diseases.
Reiki is the life energy which flows through all living things. This treatment may help with feeling of anxiety and panic, and bring ease, rest and calm into the mind and body.
I was attuned by Stephanie Baucher, Usui lineage. I am a Reiki Master.
Reiki - 1 hour = £110
Mind, Body and Spirit treatment
This treatment may include Deep Tissue massage, Sports Massage therapy, Reiki, Swedish massage, Myofascial release therapy and somatic stretches.
1 hour - £90
Mother and baby treatments
Mother and baby treatments are designed for both nervous system settling, energy rebalancing and safe, nurturing touch to aid rest and recovery from birth.
Reiki is non invasive, safe, holistic and natural healing. It derives from Japan, from Mikao Usui. 'Universal life force energy' can help with physical, mental and emotional diseases. Reiki is the life energy which flows through all living things. This treatment may help with feeling of anxiety and panic, and bring ease, rest and calm into the mind and body for mother and baby.
Pregnancy Massage is designed to aid the mother and baby to rest and relax. This treatment is perfect for pregnant mothers and postpartum mothers as it nurtures the mind and body.
Swedish massage is a gentle, relaxing, nervous system reset. It is suitable for most people, aiding with deep rest and recuperation; perfect for postpartum mothers.
Mother and baby treatment - Bodywork and/or reiki - 1 hour = £150
Baby / children reiki - 30 minutes = £55
