Opening the discourse on birthing; taking women's experiences to advocate this lived experience from behind closed doors. Shining a light on the female gaze of giving birth and the rebirth of an identity, a body, and a mind.

This film gives space to true accounts and memories interweaved with movement through bodily expression from women who have birthed or are about to.
We engaged this community to give voice to enable others to feel seen, held and allowed to move through their experience and make human connections.

The experience of birth is like nothing else; no two births are the same, yet birth is inevitable and stories need to be normalised.
